Gina is an amazing person all around, and she also truly makes a positive impact to Paragon and all of our customers every single day. Here is a little bit about Gina in her own words: Hi – my name is Gina Gibson. I’m the Director of Customer
Experience. I bring over 30 years of experience as a customer service manager and district manager in the retail and financial sectors. I truly enjoy working with both our internal teams and our customers—one of the most rewarding parts of my role is collaborating across departments to drive meaningful improvements that positively impact those we serve. Helping our teams succeed and make a daily difference is something I’m passionate about. Paragon is my first experience in the manufacturing world, and it’s been an exciting journey filled with continuous learning. It’s especially rewarding to hear educators and students share their love for our products. At the heart of what we do is a commitment to providing high-quality, visually appealing products that stand the test of time and help create engaging learning environments for future generations.
