Yes. Paragon can help dealers, schools, architects, and designers develop furniture layouts using Paragon products. The scope of support depends on the project and may include product selection, furniture placement, and space-planning assistance.

Paragon creates furniture layouts using CET Commercial Interiors. Depending on the project’s needs, completed layouts can be provided in appropriate presentation or specification formats.

Turnaround time depends on the size, complexity, and completeness of the request. Most standard layout requests can be completed within two to five business days after Paragon receives the necessary information.

To help us complete your layout efficiently, please provide an accurately dimensioned floor plan, room type, student capacity, grade level, preferred Paragon products, desired learning activities, project budget, and required completion date. DWG or other editable floor-plan files are preferred when available.

Yes. Our team can recommend Paragon products based on the students’ ages, room dimensions, instructional activities, desired flexibility, storage needs, budget, and project schedule.

Yes. Paragon can support furniture planning for individual classrooms, multiple learning-space types, or larger school projects using products within the Paragon portfolio. Project scope, timing, and deliverables should be confirmed before work begins.

PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMIZATION

Yes. Many Paragon products are available in a variety of laminate, edge, frame, plastic and upholstery selections. Available options vary by product. Review the product cut sheet or request physical samples before making final selections.

Some products may be available with special sizes, finishes, or configurations, depending on manufacturing feasibility, order quantity, and schedule. The Cycle® Series is a collection of flexible classroom furniture designed to support movement, collaboration and changing learning activities. The collection includes student desks, teacher desks, perch stools, mobile carts, storage, bookcases and coordinating seating.

Paragon’s patent-pending Click-Set™ Technology is an adjustable leg system designed to make school furniture faster and easier to assemble and adjust. Each Cycle® student desk uses two legs and four screws total. The numbered height settings require no measuring, and the reversible lower-leg design can accommodate either glides or casters without requiring separate leg assemblies.

Lead times vary depending on the product, quantity, selected finishes and current production schedule. Contact Paragon or your dealer early in the planning process, especially when furniture must arrive before a school opening, renovation deadline or summer installation.

Contact Paragon immediately if an order needs to be changed. Changes are not guaranteed after an order has been accepted or entered into production and may affect pricing, lead time, or result in additional charges.

Yes. Select desks, chairs, teacher desks, stools, task chairs, filing cabinets and mobile storage products are available to ship in five business days through Paragon’s Quick Ship program. Product availability, finishes and lead times are subject to the Quick Ship terms and conditions.

No. Five business days refers to the time before eligible products are ready to ship. Transit time begins after the order leaves Paragon and depends on the delivery location, carrier and other shipping conditions.

Contact your authorized dealer or Paragon customer service with the purchase-order number or Paragon sales-order number. Production and estimated shipping information are subject to change until the order ships.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping methods depend on the size of the order, product type and delivery requirements. Orders may arrive in cartons, on pallets or by freight carrier. Your quote and order documents will provide information specific to your shipment.

Confirm the delivery date, receiving hours, unloading requirements, delivery address and on-site contact information. Make sure the receiving area is accessible and that staff or installers are prepared to inspect and unload the shipment.

Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves. Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt, take clear photographs and keep all packaging materials. Contact Paragon or your dealer promptly with the order information and supporting documentation.

ASSEMBLY, CARE AND WARRANTY

Assembly requirements vary by product. Some products arrive fully assembled, while others require limited assembly. Paragon provides downloadable instructions for many desks, tables, chairs, stools, storage products and library products.

Paragon manufactures and ships furniture but does not generally provide direct installation services. Exceptions can be made under right circumstances. Installation and inside-delivery requirements should be coordinated with the authorized dealer or installation provider handling the project.

Follow the care instructions provided for the specific material or product. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture and cleaning methods that could damage laminates, painted finishes, plastics, upholstery or whiteboard surfaces. Contact Paragon if you need care information for a particular product.

Paragon provides a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care for as long as the original purchaser owns and uses the product. Paragon defines “Limited Lifetime” as 12 years. Certain components have different coverage periods, and exclusions apply.

Replacement parts may be available depending on the product, component, age, and warranty status. Contact Paragon or your dealer with the product name, model number, original order information, photographs, and a description of the part needed.

Contact Paragon or the dealer from whom the furniture was purchased. Include the original order or invoice information, product model, photographs, quantity affected, and a description of the issue. Paragon will review the information against the applicable warranty terms.

Paragon furniture is tested against applicable ANSI/BIFMA safety and durability standards. Products are independently tested through third-party laboratories, and Paragon also conducts testing in its in-house safety testing lab.

No. Paragon products are not warranted for outdoor use. Review the warranty and product information before placing furniture in areas exposed to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures or other outdoor conditions.

DEALER SUPPORT

Yes. Paragon offers project registration to qualifying dealer partners. Projects must generally have a minimum value of $100,000, although exceptions may be made at Paragon’s discretion. A project is not registered until Paragon has reviewed and officially approved the request.
