Paragon’s patent-pending Click-Set™ Technology is an adjustable leg system designed to make school furniture faster and easier to assemble and adjust. Each Cycle student desk uses two legs and four screws total. The numbered height settings require no measuring, and the reversible lower-leg design can accommodate either glides or casters without requiring separate leg assemblies.

Lead times vary depending on the product, quantity, selected finishes and current production schedule. Contact Paragon or your dealer early in the planning process, especially when furniture must arrive before a school opening, renovation deadline or summer installation.
Yes. Select desks, chairs, teacher desks, stools, task chairs, filing cabinets and mobile storage products are available to ship in five business days through Paragon’s Quick Ship program. Product availability, finishes and lead times are subject to the Quick Ship terms and conditions.
No. Five business days refers to the time before eligible products are ready to ship. Transit time begins after the order leaves Paragon and depends on the delivery location, carrier and other shipping conditions.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods depend on the size of the order, product type and delivery requirements. Orders may arrive in cartons, on pallets or by freight carrier. Your quote and order documents will provide information specific to your shipment.
Confirm the delivery date, receiving hours, unloading requirements, delivery address and on-site contact information. Make sure the receiving area is accessible and that staff or installers are prepared to inspect and unload the shipment.
Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves. Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt, take clear photographs and keep all packaging materials. Contact Paragon or your dealer promptly with the order information and supporting documentation.
ASSEMBLY, CARE AND WARRANTY
Assembly requirements vary by product. Some products arrive fully assembled, while others require limited assembly. Paragon provides downloadable instructions for many desks, tables, chairs, stools, storage products and library products.
Follow the care instructions provided for the specific material or product. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture and cleaning methods that could damage laminates, painted finishes, plastics, upholstery or whiteboard surfaces. Contact Paragon if you need care information for a particular product.
Paragon provides a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care for as long as the original purchaser owns and uses the product. Paragon defines “Limited Lifetime” as 12 years. Certain components have different coverage periods, and exclusions apply.

Yes. Paragon offers project registration to qualifying dealer partners. Projects must generally have a minimum value of $100,000, although exceptions may be made at Paragon’s discretion. A project is not registered until Paragon has reviewed and officially approved the request.
