We kicked off the week by recognizing Michelle Barrera in our Employee Highlight. Michelle has consistently gone above and beyond, demonstrating outstanding growth and leadership—especially over the past several months. As we’ve transitioned into new systems, she has become a go-to resource for her team, always willing to step in and support others, particularly with iPad assistance. Her positive attitude, dedication, and commitment to excellence continue to make a meaningful impact across the organization, and we’re proud to celebrate all she brings to Paragon.
